Partnering In More Ways Than One

For more than 23 years, Frost Bank has been a dedicated and valuable supporter of Habitat for Humanity of San Antonio. Their donations of funding, time and talent to our program have been incredible. We are grateful for their partnership in helping to service the zero-percent interest loans of our more than 1,100 families, their funding to purchase some of the building materials needed, the volunteers who provide labor on our construction site and now through in-kind donations to the Habitat Home Center.
With the new building up and running, Frost Bank looked to Green Standards. They wanted to turn their corporate waste into donated goods. Their focus was set on various local non-profit organizations. The Habitat Home Center was one of many organizations to receive generous amounts of office furniture. In doing so we helped divert it from going into the landfill.
The Home Center goes a step further in its sustainability efforts. They these gently used goods at discounted prices to the community to raise funds for more Habitat builds.
You can find almost anything from office chairs to office supplies in any of our three locations.
Customers feel good about shopping at the Home Centers. It’s a great way to not only “give back” but also reuse materials from San Antonio’s building stock.
We are truly appreciative of Frost Bank’s help. It allowed us to focus on our home-building program and continue serving more families in need.
