Qualification Checklist
You must meet all the following requirements to qualify for the program:
*We pull credit reports to ensure workable credit history. Not having established credit will not affect eligibility. We do not use credit scores but do check for collection accounts and timely payments. Applicants whose credit reports show collections or accounts with past-due balances will need to resolve these issues before qualifying for the program.

Habitat home floorplans have 3 and 4 bedroom options with 2 bathrooms. Our homes are universally designed to offer accessibility for all physical abilities and ages. Home appliance options are available such as dishwasher, home color paint, and shutter choices. Habitat homes are designed to enrich the lives of our families while keeping affordability top of mind.
